THE ROLE
As a Content Manager your key objectives will be the writing editing and optimisation of high-class sports content.
On a daily basis you will contribute to a variety of sporting blogs and websites on different topics. Articles may reference betting aspects but they will not be primarily betting in nature. The content needs to be timely and cover current talking points.
We believe that great SEO content isnt content that features the most keywords but is the content that performs the best in organic search. That starts with an aspiration to create the best content for the informational needs of our visitors. This might include crafting stories and providing statistical commentary on popular betting markets. Were not interested in creating digital landfill; we want to create content that achieves fantastic reach.

AS OUR CONTENT WRITER YOU WILL
Write informative and engaging sports and betting related content for a variety of different websites
Primary write the content yourself and lean on AI in a QA/ delivery supporting role
Work closely with the team to ensure the content is optimised for search engines
Understand what timely news topics and narratives will appear to particular clubs or sport audiences
Be goal oriented and work in a team that hits dedicated KPIs and user metrics
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ideally has similar experience in producing content for these audiences
Has a passion about sports which includes football
Can write and edit content to satisfy the needs of a target audience who are looking to bet
Genuinely enjoys content writing or editing and has a keen eye for detail
Is creative and willing to share their ideas
Is able to apply best practice from both SEO and content to produce content that performs well in organic search
Takes pride in their work and is determined to reach goals
Betting experience or knowledge of the betting industry is a bonus
