Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie Bakery to join our culinary team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bakery section ensuring high-quality baked goods maintaining hygiene standards and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries desserts and bakery items according to established recipes and standards
Manage daily operations of the bakery section and supervise commis chefs or assistants
Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portion control
Monitor stock levels assist with ordering and minimize waste
Maintain strict hygiene food safety and cleanliness standards (HACCP)
Train and guide junior staff in bakery techniques and kitchen procedures
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and new product development
Ensure all equipment is properly used and maintained
Requirements
5 years of working experience as a Chef de Partie Bakery or similar role
Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
Age not exceeding 33 years
