Summary: The Deliver Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring seamless and safe logistics operations within a leading industrial gas manufacturing company. Based in Faridabad this position is responsible for overseeing daily delivery shift operations driving operational efficiency and maintaining compliance with quality safety and environmental standards. The role ensures timely accurate and secure delivery of cryogenic and industrial gasessuch as Liquid Oxygen Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argonwhile supporting business objectives through adherence to ISO standards statutory regulations and continuous improvement initiatives. By fostering a culture of safety reliability and process excellence the Deliver Assistant contributes directly to enhanced customer satisfaction and sustainable profitability. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. Enforce the companys Quality Safety and Environmental Policies and objectives across all delivery operations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tankers and package vehicles to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. Perform Job Safety Observations (JSO) Safety Observation Sheets (SOS) and review MDVR data; compile and submit monthly KPI reports. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements for bulk tankers and package trucks including documentation and periodic inspections. Organize and conduct driver training programs to enhance safety awareness and operational performance. Maintain accurate and organized documentation and records in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Lead and support 5S implementation initiatives to improve workplace organization efficiency and safety. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Distribution Assistant with proven logistics experience in any industry. Prior experience in the cryogenic or industrial gas sector (e.g. Liquid Oxygen Liquid Nitrogen Liquid Argon) is highly advantageous. Graduate qualification preferably Post-Graduate in Logistics Supply Chain Management or Distribution Management. Strong understanding of ISO standards safety protocols and statutory compliance in transportation and logistics. Proficient in documentation reporting and process improvement tools. Demonstrated ability to manage shift operations coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure operational reliability.
