Job Summary

This is a rare opportunity to join a modern boutique high-performing real estate business on the southern tip of the Sunshine Coast in a diverse and autonomous hybrid role.

You will combine traditional PA/EA responsibilitiesincluding diary management appointment coordination and executive support. This includes managing the companies social media marketing initiatives and overseeing contracts for residential and commercial sales and development projects. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety ownership and making a tangible impact.

Cultural fit is key and the business offers genuine flexibility including the option to work partly from home (WFH) and full-time or reduced / school-friendly hours for the right candidate.

Requirements


Essential:
  • Strong real estate administration background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional multi-tasking abilities
  • Self-starter comfortable working autonomously
  • Interpersonal skills and professional presentation
  • Own car and drivers license

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with VaultRE and Canva
  • Social media management experience
  • Innovative and forward-thinking including experience with AI tools or willingness to learn
  • Real Estate Certificate
