Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a brand-first designer who doesnt just design logos but builds identities systems and stories.
This role is for someone who understands how brands live in the real world across architecture signage campaigns social retail events and destinations and can translate strategy into strong timeless visual systems.
You will work remotely with a multidisciplinary team across Egypt Saudi Arabia and the UAE contributing to projects in culture retail F&B real estate festivals and experiential destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Identity
Lead the creation of full brand identities (logo typography color systems graphic language brand logic)
Translate brand strategy personas and narratives into visual systems
Develop robust scalable design systems that work across digital and physical touchpoints
Create concept-driven identities not trend-based visuals
Visual Systems & Applications
Design brand applications across:
Outdoor & indoor signage
Campaign visuals (OOH billboards print social)
Retail & destination environments
Editorial layouts brochures pitch decks
Ensure consistency and clarity across all brand outputs
Prepare files for real-world production (print signage large formats)
Concept & Storytelling
Present clear design rationales (concepts symbolism logic)
Build visual narratives that connect emotionally with audiences
Participate in creative discussions and ideation sessions
Collaboration
Work closely with:
Creative Director / Brand Lead
Architects & spatial designers
Marketing & content teams
Receive feedback professionally and iterate efficiently
Manage multiple projects with strong time discipline
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Design Expertise
4 years experience in brand identity design
Strong portfolio showing:
Conceptual logo design
Full identity systems (not just logos)
Brand applications in real environments
Excellent understanding of:
Typography & custom type logic
Grid systems & layout
Color psychology & brand tone
Tools
Adobe Illustrator (expert)
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Bonus: After Effects / motion basics Figma
Mindset & Soft Skills
Conceptual thinker not just a visual executor
Detail-oriented with high aesthetic standards
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Strong communication skills (written & visual)
Ability to explain ideas clearly to non-designers

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications Branding Marketing Advertising Business Administration or a related field.
