Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Position Title: UKG PRO WFM Solution Consultant
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 am 2:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 180000.00 above
As a UKG PRO WFM Solution Consultant you will be responsible for configuring troubleshooting and administering UKG Timekeeping Accruals Advanced Scheduling and Analytics modules. You will work closely with the clients project team to ensure successful implementation support and continuous improvement of the UKG system. This hands-on role requires a delivery-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable collaborating with internal teams vendors and end users.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR UKG PRO WFM SOLUTION CONSULTANT
Responsibilities as a UKG PRO WFM Solution Consultant:
Configure and administer UKG Timekeeping Accruals and Advanced Scheduling (Forecasting not required).
Provide analytics support particularly with Data Hub exposure.
Troubleshoot system incidents effectively and provide timely resolution.
Support system upgrades and updates by testing and implementing UKG releases.
Act as the point of contact for end user Payroll and HR Admin queries.
Investigate timecard issues especially on payroll days.
Offer expert advice and support for rostering-related queries.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure streamlined operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations incidents and processes.
Qualifications as a UKG PRO WFM Solution Consultant:
Proven hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos) modules: Timekeeping Accruals and Advanced Scheduling.
Strong understanding of UKG system configurations and administrative tasks.
Demonstrated experience in testing and implementing UKG system updates and releases.
Exposure to UKG Analytics/Data Hub is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills particularly in payroll-related timekeeping issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
A proactive delivery-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based setting.
Previous experience in a support or analyst role within a similar environment is an advantage.
