Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Attendant inNovi this role you will provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You will assist with daily living activities while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene grooming and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders
- Follow care plans and comply with safety protocols
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass background checks
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
