Position: Spa Concierge
Our Spa Concierges make the magic happen by providing warm thoughtful and seamless guest experiences from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized attention from the moment each guest walks through the door
- Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome locker room amenities and spa offerings
- Answer phones with professionalism and a positive welcoming tone
- Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring the spa is clean safe and beautifully presented with the right lighting music and scent
- Remember and deliver the small details that make Woodhouse specialfavorite beverages warm neck wraps birthdays and anniversaries
- Support the leadership team by helping ensure daily operations run smoothly
Schedule Availability
- Full-time position (36 hours per week)
- Required availability: Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday

Compensation: $15.92 - $18.00 per hour
