Job Summary
Senior Living Leasing Agent wanted!
AEC Living is looking for a full-time Leasing Agent for our Senior Living facilities.
This position works 9am-6pm and the schedule is Sun-Thurs.
Rate is $22-$24 hourly DOE plus commission for admission
The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and an interest in working with the elderly. Additionally a background in sales or lease management social media experience and CRM database experience is preferred.
Primary functions include:
- Coordinating visits and scheduling tours
- Visiting discharge planners and other agencies to generate leads
- Mailing materials
- Following up on necessary documentation with doctors offices
- Filing
- Data entry
- Communicating with families and clients
- Overall office support
- Special projects
Minimum qualifications:
- Current valid drivers license
- Proficiency with computers including calendars Word Excel and email
- Excellent organizationaland project management skills (time management prioritization delegation follow-up attention to detail and accuracy)
- Previous experience as a leasing agent a plus
Employment requirements include:

AEC Living residential buildings are pet friendly residents may have animals in their private apartments and dogs are walked through the building. Leasing Agents may have interactions with these animals.
