Group Reservation Coordinator The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio by Hilton

The beautifulDiplomatBeach Resort Hollywood Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a full-time Group Reservation Coordinator to join their team!This 1000-room oceanfront resort is a beautiful getaway with two beachside pools a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids and 1000 linear feet of alabaster beach offering stunning views delicious dining options and endless sunshine to guests!

The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous hotel guest services or reservation experience as well as training with the Hilton specific reservation system (OnQ)!

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm some weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing

As a Group Reservation Coordinator you would be responsible for collaborating with the sales revenue and front office departments in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Processes group reservation information including rooming lists suites resumes and billing requirements

• Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners Housing Bureaus Meetings and Conventions and Front Office

• Processes reservation request calls as appropriate assists internal and external customers

• Coordinates and implements department activities and projects

• Provides clerical support and assistance to management
