About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer to join Walmarts engineering team in Sunnyvale CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications using Swift and modern Apple frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift (Objective-C is a plus)
Work with Xcode iOS SDK and Apple frameworks to build scalable and performant mobile applications
Integrate iOS applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
Troubleshoot debug and optimize applications for performance stability and usability
Collaborate with product managers designers and backend teams to deliver high-quality features
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
Ensure code quality through best practices reviews and testing
Support deployment and post-release maintenance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7 years of professional experience in iOS application development
Strong proficiency in Swift (Objective-C knowledge is an added advantage)
Hands-on experience with Xcode iOS SDK UIKit and Apple frameworks
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs JSON and app integration
Experience with app performance tuning memory management debugging and optimization
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Sunnyvale CA

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working with Walmart or large-scale enterprise applications
Experience building apps used by a large user base
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks
