SMTQC Inspector

Hourly Salary Range: $25.00-$26.00/hr

Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)

*There will be a written electronic theory test as part of the interview process which will take approximately 20 mins.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Know how to measure components using multi-meter or smart tweezer
   
2. Know how to read BOM and assembly drawing
   

Job Description:

• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions product documentation and deviation implementation for Surface Mount assemblies.
  
• Responsible for Surface Mount component FA inspection process.
  
• Responsible for stopping the line if needed.
  
• Responsible for scanning board data into the DGS system.
  

Job Requirements:

• High School Education or equivalent.
  
• Minimum two years inspection experience of surface mount and through-hole printed circuit boards is a must.
  
• Experience using DMM (digital multimeter); must have the ability to measure & interpret the multimeter readings.
  
• Experience in contract manufacturing.
  
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
  
• Ability to identify components polarity (placement of components) part marking solder joint inspection.
  
• Ability to interpret quality control specifications.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Computer literate.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
