This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling short-form video and community engagement who wants hands-on experience with a nationally recognized lifestyle brand.

Mission
Joffreys Coffee & Tea Company is looking for a creative motivated Marketing Intern to support our social media and content efforts with a strong focus on TikTok and YouTube growth. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling short-form video and community engagement who wants hands-on experience with a nationally recognized lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Assist with content creation for TikTok YouTube Shorts and other social platforms including filming editing and ideation.
- Support the development and execution of social media strategies focused on audience growth engagement and trends.
- Monitor comments DMs and mentions to support community management and brand engagement.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and platform best practices especially on TikTok and YouTube.
- Assist with brainstorming and executing campaigns promotions and product launches across social channels.
- Support the creation of digital assets captions and light copywriting for organic social content.
- Track and report on basic social performance metrics (views engagement growth) and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Assist with organizing content files assets and campaign documentation.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube (you actively use them and understand what performs well).
- Basic experience with content creation tools such as CapCut Canva Adobe Premiere or similar platforms.
- Comfortable being on camera or directing content.
- Strong communication skills creativity and attention to detail.
- Organized reliable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a passion for brand storytelling and community engagement.
- Experience managing or creating content for a personal or brand social media account.
- Familiarity with tools like Later and TikTok Studio.
- Interest in food & beverage lifestyle or retail brands.
- Photography or video editing experience.
- Copywriting or caption-writing experience.
- Real-world experience working with a nationally recognized brand.
- Hands-on exposure to social media strategy content creation and community management.
- Portfolio-worthy work and professional mentorship.
- Insight into how marketing campaigns are planned executed and measured.
