As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

What youll do...

• Providing comprehensive patient care:Utilizing the nursing process (assessment planning implementation evaluation) to ensure holistic care including physical emotional and spiritual needs. This involves developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients families and the healthcare team.
• Continuous learning and professional development:Maintaining current nursing knowledge participating in ongoing education and educating patients.
• Effective delegation and supervision:Appropriately delegating tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) providing clear direction support and monitoring to ensure safe and reliable patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork:Communicating effectively with patients families (especially during stressful times) and colleagues and contributing positively to the work environment.
• Self-reflection and accountability:Regularly evaluating ones own practice against professional standards seeking feedback and participating in peer review processes.

• Graduation from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of North Dakota (ND).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
