About the job
As aProduct Owneryou will be bridging the gap between the product manager stakeholders and the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive refinement of work items to meet customerneeds.
Maintain and prioritize development backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for developmentsupplychainrollouts or support.
Stakeholder management and collaboration acrossproduct groupswithin the marineOTportfolio.
As preparation for incremental deliveries: defineuserstories provide clarification set teamobjectivestogether with the team and prepare for demos.
Optimizethe team performance together withagile team coachandfocusmanager by sharing best practices.
Collaborate with suppliersto find the bestHW solutions fortheproductthroughout its lifecycle.
Whatyouknow.
You have a solid understanding of complexOTsolutions and product management. You bring 2-4 years of experienceasa Product Owner or Scrum master andare fluentin Agile development methodologies. KnowledgeincontrolsystemsembeddedSWor electrical designdeliveriesareappreciated but not a requirement.To be successful we also expect you to have anengineering or data science education bachelorsmastersdegree or similarand are fluent inEnglish verbally as wellas written.
