Job Description
At Bonava we create homes and neighbourhoods for the many. To strengthen data-driven decision-making across our organisation and turn business data into strategic insights we are now looking for a Head of Data & Analytics.
In this role you will establish data and analytics as a core strategic capability supporting decisions from land acquisition and feasibility to construction sales and portfolio performance. You combine strong analytical leadership with a solid data foundation translating complex insights into clear commercial recommendations. You will also build and lead a team of analytics and data professionals and work closely with senior leaders across the business.
The role partners closely with Development Finance Construction Sales & Marketing and Executive Leadership to embed analytics into everyday decision-making.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and develop Bonavas data and analytics capability across the full residential development lifecycle
- Drive advanced analytics to support investment decisions feasibility portfolio performance and risk management
- Establish a strong scalable data foundation enabling reliable insights and self-service analytics
- Translate complex data into clear actionable commercial insights for senior leaders
- Build and lead an analytics-driven team and promote a data-informed decision culture across the organisation
