Description

Pagosa Springs Medical Centerhas an opportunity available for a part-time Neurology physician. The physicians duties will include management of Neurology patients including examination treatment consultation follow-up referral and ordering labs/imaging. The physician will also participate in patient satisfaction programs quality improvement initiatives and any organizational or departmental goals and objectives to assure safe quality care. The physician will work in PSMCs Specialty Clinic on a schedule that meets PSMC patient needs while supporting work/life balance.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time: up to 20 hours per week for 46 weeks per year negotiable
COMPENSATION
1. Rate: $200 per hour
2. Starting Work Bonus: $10000
3. Annual CME Bonus: $3000

RETIREMENT
1. 401a (mandatory plan): employee and employer each contribute 6% of earnings subject to five-year vesting.
2. 457: optional retirement plan.
