We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring that Hilton cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules procedures and policies to optimize efficiency and quality
- Supervise train and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage inventory of linnins cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and maintain a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Monitor departmental budgets and prepare reports on performance metrics

- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and safety procedures
