Job Summary
WE ARE SEEKING A PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTHCARE NURSE FOR A CHILD WITH VERY COMPLEX HIGH NEEDS WOUNDS.
Shift: MONDAY AND WEDNESDAYS 7AM-3PM TO ASSIST AT DAYCARE WITH THE CHILD WITH AN ADDITIONAL FIVE HOURS THAT CAN BE DONE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
Location: Rockmart Ga 30153
Pay Rate: LPN $40 per hour and RN $50 per hour

Nurse Responsibilities:
- Collect information about conditions and treatmentplans from caregivers nurses doctors and familymembers
- Accurately monitor and track clients overall healthand medical history during every visit
- Take and record measurements of blood pressuretemperature heart rate etc.
- Change bandages wound dressings and cathetersamong other related healthcare tasks
- Verify clients are taking the correct dosages ofmedications
- Help clients complete physical therapy and otherrecommended exercises
- Provide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as needed
Licensed Practical Nurse (RN) Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Experienced pediatric nurse with strong skills in tube feedings and wound care
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
- 1 yearnursing experience preferred
- Current CPR (American Heart Association)Certification
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with directions
- Willingness to work evenings and weekendsas needed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
