Job Description & Summary: At PwC our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. Within Advisory PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government with focus on Infrastructure Transport & Logistics through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with such clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities ICT Strategy/Govt. Consulting/Advisory Develop ICT and e-Governance strategies aligned with government objectives and citizen-centric service delivery Define digital transformation roadmaps for State Governments PSUs and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) Drive large-scale technology-enabled governance initiatives ensuring efficiency transparency and accountability Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and monitoring
Provide strategic consulting to government stakeholders on ICT frameworks Smart City solutions and emerging technologies Advise on policy formulation standards and best practices for e-Governance Structure and manage PPP models for ICT projects ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation Facilitate collaboration between government agencies private sector and technology partners Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Implement robust governance mechanisms performance monitoring and reporting frameworks Conduct workshops capacity-building sessions and change management programs Design and implement Smart City solutions including ICCC IoT-based services and citizen engagement platforms
Mandatory skill sets:
Ability to design and implement digital transformation roadmaps for government and public sector organizations ensuring citizen-centric outcomes Strong understanding of AI IoT Cloud and Data Analytics with capability to integrate these into governance frameworks and enterprise architectures Expertise in managing large-scale ICT/e-Governance projects using PMP/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies including risk budget and stakeholder management Knowledge of national ICT policies cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations; ability to ensure compliance and secure system design Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments structure Public-Private Partnerships and drive collaboration between government and technology partners
Preferred skill sets: Assist in implementation of Government schemes and initiatives capacity building initiatives and monitoring support Assistance in coordination with Various Authorities / Agencies
