Service BDC Representative Greenacres Nissan
Location: Greenacres FL
Job Type: Full time
Greenacres Nissan is looking for a motivated customer focused Service BDC Representative to join our fast growing service team. If youre energetic organized and enjoy helping people we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls and make outgoing followups
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Communicate repair status recalls and maintenance needs
- Provide outstanding customer service on every call
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians
- Update customer information in the CRM accurately
Qualifications
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
- Call center or dealership experience preferred but not required
