Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Attendant in Milford MI providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and hygiene.
- Support clients with mobility and transferring safely.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Requirements
- Being able to pass a background check
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
