We are looking for a dedicated and high-energy Service Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team and help maintain our world-class service standards.
Position Overview: As a Service Lot Attendant/Porter you will be crucial in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by managing vehicle movement in the service area maintaining cleanliness and delivering vehicles post-service. Youll also be responsible for providing transportation for customers when needed and ensuring our service lots overall organization and appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
- Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keep the service lot neat and organized by moving vehicles per the general managers direction and dealership display standards.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Make key tags and manage the inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles between property locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible schedules including some weekends.
- Positive attitude can-do mentality and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor with a strong focus on delivering best-in-class customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
