Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (4 PQE)
Salary: 65000 ( bonus)
Location: Harrow area Autonomy real ownership of client relationships
Our client is a growing quality-led law firm where corporate and commercial lawyers are trusted to advise business owners directly take genuine ownership of matters and help shape the direction of the practice. The Opportunity
Youll advise on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work supporting entrepreneurs directors and business owners with practical strategic legal advice and a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range ofcorporate and commercialmatters including:
- Share and business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Restructuresand widercompany lawissues
- Provide clear commercially focused advice tobusiness owners directors and entrepreneurs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent service and communication
- Contribute tobusiness developmentand wider firm growth initiatives
- Work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues across departments
About You (Requirements)
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 4 years PQEwith strong currentUK corporate and/or commercialexperience
- Strong technical skills indrafting and negotiation(contracts and transaction documents)
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in how businesses operate
- Confident advising clients directly and managing matters with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated well-organised proactive and collaborative
Location & Working Arrangement
- Harrow area(North West London)
- Working arrangement to be confirmed with flexibility available where appropriate.
