The Work

Within ourOperating Modelcapabilitywefocus on designing operating models including transformingfunctionssuch as HRFinanceetc.andmoving to shared service models. Wepartner with C-Suite Leaders to co-create their future ways of working based on their unique business and growth strategy serving as the foundation for total enterprise reinvention.

The work of an operating model consultant usually consists of:

Design Fit-for-Purpose operating models:Youwillshape strategic visionsthat guide transformationanddevelopdetailed operating modelsin which clear structuresroles andresponsibilities and processes are defined.

Engage with senior stakeholders: You will help stakeholders inunderstanding their biggest business challenges and priorities and translate this intoafinal design. You willbuildrelationships with clientsand bea trusted expertwho understandsthegoal and context of the transformation.

Leverage Data-Driven Insights:You willleveragedata intelligence toidentifyways to reduce and automate tactical workoptimizeand digitize processes and build future-state capabilities and advise onhow (Agentic) AIcan be used tooptimizethe workflow.

Designend-to-end processes:You willdesign and simplify complex processes to improve efficiency anduser experiencewhile aligning with broader transformation goals and business priorities.

Embed Digital Capabilities:You will support leading organizationstransformtheir organization/business functionthrough the adoptiondigital/cloudplatforms such asSAPOracleand Workdayand focus on improving user experiencesthrough these digital platforms.

We work in differentproject capabilities like Change Management Leadership & Culture Operating Model/Talent Strategy/HR Transformation and Cyber Human Factors.

Hereswhatyoullneed

An academicMastersdegree

Demonstratedexperience inOperating model design and implementation processtransformationand/or digital strategies & transformation.Typical experience would includesupporting large-scale transformation journeysdesigningand implementing operating models.

Consulting experience with project-based ways of working (from origination to solutioning & delivery)

At least 3-7years of consulting or industry experience witha track recordof supporting complex transformation projectsfrom design to activationcombined with project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Fluent in English Dutch fluency preferred

Track record as people-oriented insight driven and iterative problem solver
