The Engineering department at Micron is committed to advancing the limits of innovation. Our team in Taiwan is seeking an outstanding PI Principal Engineer to become part of our ambitious and world-class group.

As a PI Principal Engineer you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing innovative engineering solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully carry out projects that drive our mission forward. Your expertise will ensure flawless execution and delivery of our products!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the build and development of innovative engineering solutions.

• Work together with various departments to identify project needs.

• Coordinate the implementation of projects to ensure strict adherence to timelines and standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers early in their careers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with advanced engineering technologies and methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-impact projects.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and practices.
