The Opportunity: We are representing a global leader in manufacturing at their premier facility in Pleasant Prairie WI. We are looking for a high-level Maintenance Technician II to join a world-class maintenance department that prioritizes preventative care over firefighting. The Pay & Shift:
Rate: $31.00 $34.00/hr (Based on experience level)
Differential: $1.50/hr Shift Premium
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
What Youll Be Doing: As a Senior Tech you arent just turning wrenches; you are ensuring process reliability through advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Multi-Craft Maintenance: Lead repairs on mechanical drive systems and complex electrical circuits.
Reliability Focus: Execute a world-class preventative/predictive maintenance program.
System Diagnostics: Use ohmmeters voltmeters and CMMS software to diagnose and track equipment health.
Mentorship: Assist in training junior technicians and operators on best practices.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong background in both electrical (conduits wiring testing) and mechanical (alignments overhauls drive systems).
Tech-Savvy: Ability to document work in a CMMS and use basic Microsoft Office.
Education: High School Diploma required (Technical Degree preferred)
