Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Executive to accelerate our growth across Europe. This role is strongly focused on building a new client base creating long-term customer value and positioning ServiceNow solutions as strategic platforms for enterprise-wide digital transformation.
You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint working closely with ServiceNow internal solution teams and delivery leaders to turn opportunities into high-impact long-term client engagements.  

Key Responsibilities In This Role:

  • Build own and expand a new client database across Europe with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting qualification value-driven solution positioning proposal creation negotiation and deal closure
  • Position ServiceNow offerings (ITSM ITOM ITAM CSM/CRM IRM AI-driven solutions) as business outcomes not just technology
  • Define and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow partner teams solution consultants and delivery organizations to win complex opportunities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management forecasting and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events ServiceNow events and key client engagements 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager Account Executive or Business Development Manager
  • Strong background in ServiceNow sales including services implementations managed services or partner-led license models
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and opening strategic accounts
  • Solid understanding of enterprise digital workflows IT and business transformation
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) German or French proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven mindset with strong ownership resilience and commercial focus

Nice to Have

  • Established network within the West Europe region - enterprise or mid-market
  • Experience working directly with ServiceNow as a partner
  •  Exposure to regulated industries (financial services telecom manufacturing public sector)
  • Experience selling AI-enabled or transformation-led solutions
