Job Summary
Mō te tūranga About the role
We are looking for an exceptional handy-person to maintain our communitys buildings and facilities and contribute to the quality of our residents lives through responsive and supportive assistance. The role is Monday to Friday 0830 - 5.00pm
This role is packed full of variety where no two days will be the same. The successful applicant will have a maintenance/trade background and be responsible for:
- carrying out scheduled routine checks under the direction of the Property Manager
- resolving planned and unplanned maintenance issues
- collaborating with others within the community to ensure the premise is maintained to a high standard at all times

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Good DIY skills and experience with facility maintenance
- High energy physical fitness and enthusiasm
- Ability to manage technical systems and use computer software effectively
- Honesty integrity and great communication skils

- Performing to a high standard with diligence and care
- Working within a team where we respect our residents and each other
