Job Summary
Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical Therapist to join our team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist in our Clackamas clinic location for immediate hire.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
- Current state of OR occupational or physical therapy license current CHT license CPR certification.
- Strong willingness to learn splinting techniques experience in splinting preferred.
- Being a therapist that is a coach guide and educator for their patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational or physical therapy hand therapy and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $ depending on hand therapy experience
Minimum Experience: New graduate with strong level 2 fieldwork in Hand Therapy; experience in or enthusiasm for custom splinting preferred
Perk: Hand Therapy Mentorship program work directly with a CHT.
- An individualized mentorship plan with a CHT is offered for a newer hand therapist
- 45-minute one-on-one treatment sessions 11 treatments per day
- A charting/planning slot is built into your schedule
- We treat post-traumatic surgical and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow wrist and hand
- $1500 annual CEU allowance plus Medbridge subscription
- $500 for CHT exam (first attempt)
