We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented professional for a full-time role responsible for the delivery and pick-up of home health certifications and interim orders. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely document handling and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver home health certifications and interim orders accurately and on schedule
- Communicate professionally with referral sources healthcare providers and internal staff
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation tracking
- Represent the organization with excellent customer service and professionalism
Requirements & Skills:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Competent computer skills and ability to navigate electronic systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with referral sources
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
