Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets toidentifytrends patterns and insights.

Design andmaintainPower BIdata sourcesand reportsincluding some SAP Web Intelligence reportsin ordertovisualize complex data sets

Track performance metrics andcommunicateinsights effectively to leadership

Supportadhoc data requests includinganalysis and development ofreportsfor internal stakeholders

Provide input document requirements andcollaborate with IT teams to design and delivernew data modelsto supportdivision reporting

Draw from prior experience interpret facts andidentifyincomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.

Qualifications:

BS degree in Math Statistics Social Sciences or related experience
Goodunderstanding of how BI/Analyticshelpsvarious business functions.

Possess strong business knowledgein sales and financeand data management operations

Mastery creating Business Intelligence reports using Power BI andSAP Web Intelligence/BOBJ.

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products Atlassian Jira Atlassian Confluence and SharePoint

Proficient with ETL process (i.e.ability to transform data append & merge queries create basic table relationshipsetc)

Knowledge of DAX Formulas to create calculated columns and measures for KPIs (data call resp. rates)

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical process and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group to achieve results through team efforts and the desire and ability to motivate persuade and direct the activities of others.

Excellent communication problem solving and organizational skills.

Able to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

High levelof integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying statistical skills in a manufacturing electronics design or business environment
