Job Summary
- Leading and developing the reporting & controlling team to achieve high performance and engagement.
- Overseeing the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements for the group typically in accordance with IFRS or German GAAP (HGB)
- Calculation of group-wide provisions and IFRS specific adjustments
- Manage projects with Business Intelligence Finance to supervise incoming/outgoing financial data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and controlling activities
- Act as a key point of contact for senior management business units and external auditors regarding group reporting and controlling matters
- Have full overview and responsibility for the accuracy of group Profit & Loss statements by segment ensuring data integrity and reliability & review and validate accounting entries to maintain high standards of data quality and compliance with group policies
- Prepare and present relevant financial information to management
Qualifications :
- University degree in business economics finance or a comparable field.
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in Finance Controlling Reporting or Audit as well as a deep knowledge of IFRS & Accounting
- You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets & SQL
- Strong analytical thinking data preparation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experienced in team leading
