Site Agent Renewable Energy Projects (Gouda) Civil Contractor
A reputable renewable energy contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage wind farm solar farm and substation projects based in Gouda Western Cape.
Project Scope
Project-based / Permanent opportunity (depending on project duration)

- Substations
- NQF Level 5 qualification or National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in construction
- Proven experience on wind farms solar farms and substations (essential)
- Strong understanding of civil works earthworks concrete structures and infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of construction regulations quality standards and site management
- Ability to manage subcontractors programmes and site resources
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid drivers licence
- Full site management and coordination of civil works
- Ensure projects are delivered according to programme quality and safety requirements
- Manage subcontractors labour and plant
- Coordinate with engineers safety officers and project managers
- Monitor progress and report on site performance
- Ensure compliance with specifications drawings and contractual requirements
