Job Summary

Position Role: As Product Owner responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the Army Talent Management System (ATMS) applications Job Spec Editor and Skills Profile. Responsibilities:
1. Product Owner for the ATMS application on APEX and the Defence Gateway.
2. Stakeholder collaboration to understand Programme milestones and desired application features and translate into clear Army Digital Services (ADS) sprint priorities in line with Policy.
3. With ATMS development team plan and lead testing on ATMS applications including routine testing and sprint testing within the pre-production and production environments.
4. Working with development team to e robust procedures are in place to govern and assure the architecture security and data compliance within the app.
5. ATMS Data Controller responsible for updating Skills Architecture and Role Specs within the app.
6. Work collaboratively with ADS PDATA APC and Pan Defence Team to define and develop APIs to enable compliant dataflows between the suite of Apps within Defence
7. Represent Army technical requirements to Pan Defence Skills Framework (PDSF) technical team to ensure a coherent approach in line with direction.
8. Lead on technical issue resolution in conjunction with ATMS and ADS developer teams.
9. Support Application Owner (SO1 ATMS) to track and embed cyber security risk management and relevant assurance activity within the ATMS apps life cycle following government mandated Secure by Design (SbD) principles and process.
