Strategy & Engagement Excellence Manager SA (m/f/d) - Field Based

The Strategy & Engagement Excellence Manager SA plays a key role in improving care for severe asthma (SA) patients through strategically aligned medical communication and targeted network activities. By developing and implementing an integrated engagement strategy that aligns global and local priorities. The position fosters cross-functional collaboration and leverages data-driven insights to align medical activities with patient needs and strengthen healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic medical planning: Develop OKR based local Medical plan and ensure measurability of success. Develop and implement local medical tactics ensuring alignment with global objectives and local healthcare realities.
  • Development of a Cross-Functional Communication Strategy: Design and implementation of an integrated communication strategy that reflects global and local priorities of launch assets including omnichannel approaches.
  • Advocacy and Network Strategy: Strategic development and maintenance of relationships with medical thought leaders and top expert networks in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Insight Generation and Integration: Standardize working methods to enable structured generation of high-quality insights from medical sources. Translate these insights into relevant actions and integrate them into agile engagement plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree in medicine pharmacy or life sciences; PhD preferred
  • Several years of experience in Medical Affairs
  • ideally knowledge in respiratory or chronic inflammatory diseases
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and develop strategic networks
  • Experience with omnichannel communication and insight management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks with external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with high initiative
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
