Salary: 1250 net 400 monthly bonus

About the Company
We are a modern and fast-growing international gaming studio working with a global audience.
As part of our expansion we are currently building our Russian-speaking Game Presenter team in Belgrade and are looking for confident charismatic and camera-friendly candidates who are eager to deliver an engaging and high-quality gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company to a global audience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
- Host live game sessions with positive energy charisma and strong on-camera presence.
- Maintain brand standards including appearance presentation and communication style.
- Clearly explain game rules and keep players engaged throughout each session.
- Monitor game flow and technical procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
- Create a comfortable trustworthy and enjoyable atmosphere for players.
- Actively participate in training and continuous development to improve performance and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian language skills (C1) both spoken and written.
- Basic English level (A2B1) is considered an advantage.
- Confident personality strong charisma pleasant appearance and good camera presence.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including night shifts.
- Motivation to work in an international and dynamic environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Serbia.
- No visible tattoos (company requirement).
