We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to join our established and successful Farmers Insurance agency team. This dynamic client-facing role is ideal for a proactive and competitive individual who thrives on building relationships and delivering strategic risk management solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business through networking referrals and prospecting.
Manage Client Relationships by delivering exceptional service and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Assess Needs and propose tailored coverage options for commercial clients.
Present Solutions with clear compelling proposals that showcase value.
Maintain Pipeline using CRM tools to track and grow opportunities.
Stay Current on industry trends regulations and product knowledge.
Collaborate with account management and underwriting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven success in commercial insurance sales or related B2B sales.
Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Skills

Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
