Job Summary

Were seeking a hands-on technology leader to shape our clients regional tech strategy development and operations across Asia. Youll oversee IT infrastructure software engineering and tech governance leading a talented team to drive business growth efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead tech infrastructure systems and policy across Asia
Develop and execute regional tech roadmap aligned with business objectives
Define and enforce IT policies cybersecurity standards and data governance
Manage tech vendors and drive cost-efficient IT operations
Lead software development and technical innovation for internal platforms and tools
Drive automation digital transformation and emerging tech adoption
Build and lead a high-performing tech team with a collaborative culture
Partner with executive leadership to translate business needs into tech solutions

What you bring:

Solid foundation in software development and coding
Experience in managing infrastructure cybersecurity and data governance
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure DevOps and tech risk mitigation
Proven track record leading tech teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong business mindset and ability to connect tech with business objectives
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
10 years of tech leadership experience in financial services asset management or fintech
Hands-on experience in software development and IT infrastructure management
Knowledge of APAC regulatory and compliance frameworks
