Job Description & Summary:The Director position calls for dynamic and aggressive individuals who would be engaged with our esteemed clients for developing and maintaining relationships with the clients leadership group continuously looking for opportunities in those accounts conceptualizing and bouncing off Operations solutions customized to the opportunities help the ED/ Partner by developing and driving consulting delivery solutions and proposals and lead the delivery teams during the engagement for delivering value promised to our clients. The person should havestrong Financialbackground with focus on revenue growth with account mining and through new logos.

The person would be the face of Account Engagement to the client from PwCFSPractice and help the Partner / ED grow and sustain business in India

Responsibilities:

Below are the roles and responsibilities for the position of Director -

Develop and maintain business relationship with our clients/ targets and develop new Clients.

Look for opportunities in our existing/ potential accounts and engage with the client leadership team on a regular basis to create larger share of mind for driving business.

Manage clients expectations building & sustaining long term healthyrelationshipwith the clients.

Create new opportunities in the market propagatePwCbrand stay informed and awareaboutthe competition.

Manage end-to-end project delivery & economics take responsibilityofall dimensions of the project delivery.

Focused on growth strategydigital transformation new business set-up cost optimization sales productivity market
entry across Banking NBFC and Asset Management sector.

Primarily responsible for growing the Financial Services practice through extensive BusinessDevelopment activities along with leading delivery on advisory engagements.

Willbe responsible forspecific Business Development and Engagement Delivery targets.

Mandatory skill sets:

o Develop a set of financial services clients across Banking NBFC Payments andAsset Management space
o Generate consulting opportunities and create winning proposals
o Convert opportunities into engagements through commercial acumen andpersuasive abilities
o Manage engagement delivery at high client satisfaction levels andidentifyfollow-up opportunities with the same client

o Strong business development and relationship skills to engage effectively withclients
o Keen understanding of issues facing the industry and specific clients
o Strong presence in meetings with ability to engage with C-Suite.
o In-depth understanding of consulting engagement lifecycle.

Preferred skill sets:

Prior Consulting Experiencein Management consultingwith Financial Services focus

oMulti-taskingand ability to manage parallel pursuits and BD activities
o Effective team management
