In this role youll be responsible for a broad scope of interventional radiology support and procedures. Your day-to-day duties include preparing and positioning patients maintaining sterile fields and assisting radiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions such as angiography venography placement of catheters and sheaths biopsies drain placements and vascular access procedures. Youll operate and troubleshoot fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance equipment monitor patient status before during and after procedures and document findings and procedural details accurately. The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to radiation safety contrast administration protocols and infection control while delivering compassionate patient communication to ease anxiety and ensure informed cooperation.
