Job Description:

As a Help Desk Technician at Diverse Agile Solutions you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal teams and clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting IT issues configuring software and hardware and maintaining systems to ensure smooth operations. Here are the key details of the position:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
  • Install configure and update software and hardware systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
  • Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of all support activities
  • Assist in network maintenance tasks and perform system upgrades as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems software and hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk role
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud-based technologies
  • Certifications in relevant IT areas would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits:
