Job Summary
Position Overview
Ross Downing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mobile is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Service Porter. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth ideal for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry while providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in the service drive as needed
Drive the courtesy shuttle to designated locations to ensure a positive customer experience
Transport vehicles and personnel as needed
Move vehicles to maintain an organized and efficient service area
Assist in keeping the service department clean and presentable
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service team and customer experience
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license required
Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Friendly attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
Reliable responsible and willing to learn
Compensation
Starting pay: $9.00 $10.00 per hour
