SENCo to lead and develop whole-school SEND provision
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join a successful and inclusive secondary school in Oxford. This is a full-time permanent position starting September 2026. The successful SENCo will play a key strategic role in leading SEND provision across KS3 & KS4 working closely with SLT teaching staff parents and external agencies.
The SENCo will oversee EHCPs interventions and staff training ensuring all pupils with SEND are supported to achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious SENCo or an experienced SEND professional ready to step into a whole-school leadership role.

Qualified SENCo with experience in a secondary school setting
NASENCo qualification (or willingness to complete)
Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes
Ability to lead support and train staff to deliver inclusive practice
