The Opportunity
This school is a creative hub boasting professional-grade facilities including a black-box studio and a full-sized theatre. As an ECT you will be supported in developing your artistic voice within a community that prizes creative expression and the transformative power of the arts. You will focus on building confidence in KS3 and delivering rigorous practical and written components for the GCSE specification.
ECT Induction & Support
Expertise: Mentorship from an established Head of Faculty with a focus on performance-based communication devising techniques and script analysis for KS3/4.
Resources: Constant support from a dedicated full-time Drama Technician to assist with lighting sound and set design for all practical assessments and productions.
Network: Collaborative planning sessions across the wider creative arts faculty fostering cross-curricular links with Music and the Digital Arts.
Requirements & Salary
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Drama or Performing Arts.
Salary: Inner London Teachers Pay Scale.
