About the role

Were looking for a Chief Credit Officer to lead the credit function across 0TO9s venture operations and fintech products. Youll play a critical role in helping us build scalable credit solutions - providing both strategic direction and operational excellence. You will:

• Define the overall credit strategy for 0TO9 including portfolio goals product design and credit appetite.
• Oversee credit policy underwriting models and decisioning frameworks - enabling robust yet efficient credit processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing credit team spanning credit analysis structuring and portfolio monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with product tech and venture teams to design new credit products and market offerings.
• Take ownership of credit risk governance ensuring sound alignment with regulatory standards and capital requirements.
• Engage with external partners investors and regulators on credit-related matters.
• Drive credit operations and performance management across markets with oversight over exposures performance metrics and continuous improvement.

What were looking for

Were looking for someone with a strong background across credit strategy credit products and credit risk management ideally in fintech banking or alternative finance. You may currently be a CCO Head of Credit Credit Director or in a leadership role ready for your next step. You bring:

• Extensive experience in SME or corporate lending from credit point of view
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance commercial growth and risk discipline.
• Hands-on experience building and operating credit frameworks in fast-paced regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate credit concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience building and scaling credit operations and teams.
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).
