Job Summary
IMMEDIATE NEED: Warehouse Clerk
Location: Houston TX
Pay Rate: $15$17 per hour
We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse and materials operations immediately. This role is responsible for inventory control asset tracking and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse activities ensuring assets are stored in designated bin locations and accurately tracked in inventory systems
Maintain asset data and support inventory management system updates
Coordinate weekly move activities with third-party vendors and support asset disposal processes
Perform warehouse inspections and coordinate delivery and removal of lab office and moveable assets
Conduct inventory cycle counts and monthly emergency supply counts
Execute cataloging and tagging of residential office and lab assets
Work closely with Facilities teams to coordinate storage and removal of items
Support recurring client events and logistics coordination
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Lift move and handle inventory of varying weights
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout warehouse spaces
Climb ladders and access high storage areas
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts dollies and hand trucks
Work in warehouse environments with temperature variations and equipment noise
Drive to various locations for asset coordination and delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
35 years of warehouse experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using multiple systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo preferred)
Background in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors
Familiarity with asset disposal and compliance processes
Experience in materials management or MRO support
