Job Summary

Department: IT

Location: Middleburg Heights OH (4 days onsite per week after initial 3-month 5 day per week onsite period)

Purpose:

Our EDI systems are an integral part of our Revenue Cycle software. Work as part of our production support team enhancing and maintaining the EDI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute test plans for EDI application development enhancements and bug fixes for both UI and executable programs.
Report issues found during testing.
Ensure that software adheres to company standards.
Work with the business users and other stakeholders to identify test cases.
Work with application developers to fix problems discovered during testing.
Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members.
Conduct regression testing for monthly releases.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree or advanced college degree
Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman Katalon Insomnia ReadyAPI SOAPUI a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
Experience working on a project team.
Experience working with SQL databases to query data.
Experience working in a Test Management Tool (JIRA ADO) a plus.
Experience in creating test plans and strategies a plus.
Experience with test automation a plus
Experience using Agile SDLC a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Range: $60k-$70k
