Shift hours:
3pm-1:30am 4 days a week.
DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Second Shift Facilities Maintenance Technician II who will perform essential maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier cleaner and this position you will conduct preventive maintenance handle repairs and operate critical building systems including HVAC electrical and mechanical equipment. You will troubleshoot issues collaborate with team members and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards. This role offers opportunities for professional development while contributing to meaningful work that has global impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of industrial maintenance experience including hands-on equipment repair
Preferred Fields of Study: Technical field
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
Experience in HVAC systems electrical work plumbing and mechanical systems
Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for equipment and building systems
Experience with building automation systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Knowledge of cGMP standards and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work different shifts weekends and respond to emergency calls as needed
Valid drivers license required
Experience with industrial equipment such as chillers boilers and compressed air systems
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed documentation
Knowledge of calibration procedures and quality control standards
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $20.51$29.80.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
