Job Summary
Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Lunghamer Automotiveis looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What Youll Do:
Handle inbound phone calls internet leads and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments for sales
Follow up with customers via phone text and email
Build rapport and create a positive first impression for our dealership
Work closely with sales leadership to maximize appointments and show and sold rates
Accurately log activity in our CRM system
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Positive professional attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Customer-first mindset
Sales call center or BDC experience is a plus (but not requiredwe will train the right person!)
