Job Summary

Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Lunghamer Automotiveis looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What Youll Do:

  • Handle inbound phone calls internet leads and customer inquiries

  • Schedule appointments for sales

  • Follow up with customers via phone text and email

  • Build rapport and create a positive first impression for our dealership

  • Work closely with sales leadership to maximize appointments and show and sold rates

  • Accurately log activity in our CRM system

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Positive professional attitude

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Customer-first mindset

  • Sales call center or BDC experience is a plus (but not requiredwe will train the right person!)
